INQUIRY
Submit an inquiry and we’ll be in touch to gather any more information needed before providing a quote. We try to get to all inquiries daily.
SITE VISIT
If needed to provide an accurate proposal, we’ll coordinate a site visit to assess your property and make recommendations.
DESIGN CONSULTATION
Once your project is booked, we’ll discuss your design vision and consult on materials, layout, needs, safety, local requirements and more.
PROJECT SCHeDULING
Your project will be scheduled at our soonest availability. We communicate project start and estimated time of completion so you’re always informed.
PAYMENT
Payment terms are agreed upon in the proposal. We typically required a portion of the project total as a deposit, and the remainder due upon completion.
ONGOING MAINTENANCE
We’re available to support the maintenance and upkeep of your property, whether that’s accounting for seasonal shifts or proactively maintaining structures for long-life.
